Lynn specialises in the design and delivery of brand champion training and is one of our most highly rated facilitators for store manager training.

She has worked with a large range of clients in many sectors for the last 20 years throughout Europe, Africa,
Middle East, Asia and the US.

Recent projects include heading up the training programme for regional trainers and Residence Managers for the Ascott Group (the world’s leading serviced residence provider); conducting Burberry’s European store manager and leadership training; and facilitating sales and customer experience training for Waterstone’s UK book stores.

Lynn has also worked extensively for American Express, successfully delivering a wide curriculum of training programs for divisional heads, sales managers, account managers and sales executives.
