Susan Johnson

Susan Johnson has over 15 years experience in the design and delivery of learning solutions to improve business results, employee retention and customer loyalty for some of the largest and best-known organisations in the world.

Her areas of expertise include customer service, growing sales through service & sales management, plus leadership and management development. She is also a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner.

Susan has played a major role in many client programmes including the development of a global learning programme for a leading retail group, focused on building a branded sales experience to increase customer loyalty; the creation of a change programme for a major retail company, developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of all employees to deliver a differentiated and valuable customer experience; and the design of a learning solution for a major credit card company to support the global launch of a new product.

Originally from Chicago, where she started her career, Susan is now part of the smith+co team based in London.
