Vanessa is a highly experienced consultant specialising in the research, design, development and implementation of strategic learning programmes. In particular, she has developed deep expertise in helping individuals and organisations to create a differentiated service and/or sales experience for their customers.
She has designed programmes for many of the FTSE 100 companies, covering key areas such as leadership and management development, customer experience and employee engagement.
Her previous positions include senior consultancy roles at Forum Corporation and KPMG.
