Dave Dulson
Dave has over 17 years experience designing and delivering programmes for organisations wishing to improve customer service, sales, management and leadership skills. He has considerable experience working at senior level to improve performance management, communication, and the formulation of vision & strategy.
In addition to his consultancy experience, Dave also brings valuable in-house expertise which he gained as Head of Human Resources for Iceland Frozen Foods, with HR responsibility for 16,000 employees across 800 locations, and where he played a major role as part of the senior culture change team responsible for turning the business around.
Dave has worked extensively with smith+co as a lead facilitator and trainer, and has gained wide-ranging sector experience, including retail, petrochemicals, telecommunications, professional services, banking, e-commerce and logistics.
He is an Associate Trainer with the Industrial Society and Human Synergistics, as well as a Licentiate of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
