Janine Dyer
Janine is Project and Operations Director for smith+co, a role she has fulfilled for the last five years.
She has over 15 years experience in managing internal and marketing communications and executive development programmes. Most of her prior experience was in-house, working within large PLCs, including Land Securities and TI Group (now known as Smiths Group).
Previous experience includes the launch and management of a worldwide leadership programme covering over 1000 high potentials throughout the 4 continents in which the Group operated; the direction of new corporate identity and branding programmes; the management of internal and external communication programmes to support the integration of new acquisitions, where she made a major contribution in helping employees to understand and commit to new strategy, culture and processes.
