Recently recruited from the financial services sector, Rob brings sector expertise to the smith+co team and strengthens our analytical and customer research capability.
As junior consultant and customer experience analyst, Rob has played a key role in supporting a number of major smith+co client projects including Waterstone’s, Burberry, Symantec and O2.
Rob also brings valuable in-house experience of championing internally the notion of ‘treating customers fairly’ and helping to embed this within the company culture – a key challenge for any organisation wishing to embark on a customer experience initiative.
