Sally Hopgood
Sally has over 20 years experience working as a trainer and Learning and Development specialist. She has designed and delivered bespoke programmes to develop behaviours that deliver the organisation’s brand, leading to improved business and management performance.
Her career experience has included working in Human Resources and Learning and Development for the RAC and Trusthouse Forte. Her clients include a wide variety of FTSE 100 companies, including Cisco Systems, Amazon.com, Microsoft and Lucent Technologies.
Two of Sally’s most recent assignments involved:
The design and delivery of a learning programme for the EMEA region of a world leading technology organisation;
The development of a sales programme for a leading travel organisation, to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours of sales staff, aligned with the introduction of new products.
She is a Hotel Management graduate, and has postgraduate diplomas in Human Resources (CIPD) and Learning and Development (ITD). Sally is also qualified as a Saville and Holdsworth practitioner.
