Her experience has included serving as senior regional executive of training and staff development at Bank of China Group, G2000, Chase Manhattan Bank, Forum Asia and Cubiks, a PA consulting group. Virginia is also the Past President of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, Chairperson of the CPD Alliance (Continued Professional Development Alliance) and Chairman of the Pay Trend Survey Committee in Hong Kong.
