Creating a distinctive customer experience requires aligned effort from marketing, HR and Operations to achieve the strategy. An essential part of our role is to help our clients achieve this. Through a combination of workshops and one-to-one meetings, we help to create real understanding and commitment at executive level towards creating a differentiated customer experience and the process for delivering it. We help you to build a cross-functional team that will have input right the way through the process and take responsibility for the ultimate design and implementation of the experience. Through this process, they are able to identify the most critical people, process and products changes that need to be improved. The ‘people’ side is often the most challenging. How do you get your people to behave in a way that is consistent with your strategy and deliver the promise. Communication and training are key. |
